Hunter Distillery produces high-quality organic spirit, gin, vodkas, Liqueurs, and Schnapps. They use premium quality organic raw ingredients to create an exceptional range of top-shelf spirits. Copperware distilled gin and Valli Vodkas are their multi-award-winning spirits. Black Label Chocolate Vodka is also one of their must-try products. After the success of their famous award-winning Valli Vodkas, the owners were passionate to establish the state of the art Distillery in Pokolbin. They finally opened a new Distillery in 2013 on Broke Road Pokolbin.

Tasting
Daily cellar door experiences allow the visitors to try the full product range. It is open all week, from 10 am to 5 pm. Booking is essential for tasting at the Distillery. You can participate in the unique Test Tube tasting experience at the Hunter Valley Distillery. Tasting of your selection from the full product range is available all week, 10 am to 5 pm. They also offer group tasting for up to 10 people. Tasting fees are $15.00 per person.
Distillery Door
After the magical tasting experience, you can shop for top-range Hunter Valley Distillery products on-site and online. Distillery Door is the on-site shop selling Gin, Vodka, Liqueurs, Schnapps, Aged Spirits, other Spirits and hand sanitizers. They also partner with Myanbah Farm which produces delicious condiments from Myanbah Farm. You can shop for various flavours of dressings, jams, sauces, spreads, pickles, oils and much more.
Spirit Club
If you live in Australia or someone who frequently visits Hunter Distillery, it can be beneficial for you to join their Spirit Club. The membership of this Spirit Club comes with some great perks. There is no joining or annual fee. Members get a 15% discount on all products. If you are a member, then you will get exclusive access to purchase and tasting of all their new collection products. Members are also eligible for a free tasting of all products at the Distillery Door.
