Instructions for Minibus Transfers at the Domestic Terminal Building

  • After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal building and contact your driver immediately once you're outside and ready to walk to the pickup zone. 
  • Your driver will relocate to the pickup zone in front of the appropriate terminal based on your location.
  • If you exit from the Qantas Terminal, turn right for your pickup location. If you exit from the Virgin Terminal, turn left. Refer to the airport location image for visual guidance.
  • Important: Make sure to contact your driver as soon as you begin walking to the pickup area. This allows them to move into position and meet you without delay.

Instructions for Coach Transfers at the Domestic Terminal

While the International Terminal has a dedicated Coach Departure area easily accessible from Arrivals, the Domestic Terminal requires a few more steps to reach the designated pickup point:

  • After collecting your luggage, exit the building and head towards the Skywalk—the large overhead walkway that spans the roads in front of the airport (see image).
  • Once on the Skywalk, continue straight until you reach the second escalator on your right, located at the very end of the walkway.
  • Take this escalator down to reach your designated pickup point.
  • Important: Please contact your driver as soon as you begin walking to this area so they can relocate and meet you there without delay.
