Our company has a strict anti alcohol policy – No alcohol is to be opened or consumed on the vehicle at any time.
Is food or drink (non-alcoholic) allowed to be consumed?
Most non-alcoholic beverages are permitted with the exception of glass products. Food products which are easily manageable (that will not create a mess) are preferred to prevent any spills or damages to the vehicle.
When do I need to pay for my journey?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your vehicle, however the remaining balance is required to be paid 7 days prior to your journey.
Can I drive the vehicle myself?
We do not offer a self drive service, all of our vehicles come with a driver.
What are your cancellation fees?
Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation fees:
- 20% of the total booking amount if you cancel for any reason (this is the non-refundable deposit).
- 25% of the total booking amount if cancelled with 7 days notice of your first journey (business days only) but not less than 96 business hours.
- 50% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 96 hours notice (business days only) of your first journey but not less than 48 hours.
- 100% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (business days only) of your first journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA, Mastercard or AMEX via Westpac’s online Payway System
- VISA, Mastercard or AMEX over the phone
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
What are your overtime charges?
Overtime is charged at $41.25 (incl. GST) per 15 minutes ($165 per hour). Please note that it is the responsibility of the booking party to manage time, as drivers are not required to notify you or your group about potential overtime charges.
I have luggage, does my booking come with a trailer?
When booking, please inform our team about the luggage your group will be carrying. All our coaches feature undercarriage luggage bins, and if additional space is required, a trailer will be included in your quote.
Are there anchor points available for child seats?
This is subject to availability. Each state has different laws depending on the age of the child and the size of the vehicle. Please contact our staff to discuss further.
Can I make changes to my booking?
All changes are subject to availability and need to be requested by email.
Why do you require a bond and what does it cover?
The $300 inc GST bond covers issues such as; cleaning fees, overtime charges, damages to the vehicles etc. This is refundable after the journey if no charges are incurred.
Is standing allowed on the vehicles?
Standing on Low Floor Buses is allowed however it is not permitted on Mini Buses and Coaches
Does the price include meals and accommodation for the driver?
If meals and accommodation are required, this is not included in your quote and you are responsible for organising this for the driver. Please discuss with our team if you wish for us to include this in your quote. There are minimum requirements for accommodation and meals.
Can we play music on the vehicle?
While most vehicles have AUX capabilities, this is subject to availability. Please contact our team to confirm any additional requirements.
